Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sofloria Discount Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, health and personal care items are non-returnable. We encourage you to carefully review product specifications and consult with a healthcare professional before making your purchase.
  • Closeout items are sold at a discounted price and are considered final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please go to your orders and start the return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please check our return instructions for more details.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item(s) to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, EXCEPT in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return shipping costs, depending on the situation.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for your desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards or e-gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
    • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
    • Items damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. Provide detailed information and, include photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Partial Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
