What are our items condition?
NEW CONDITION
- New
The item was never opened or removed from the manufacturer’s sealing (if applicable). The item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable).
- Like New
The item is in excellent, new condition but the packaging has been opened or damaged. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product and may include a warranty.
- New – With Box
A brand-new, unused, and unworn item that comes with its original packaging.
- New – Without Box
A brand-new, unused, and unworn item that is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall into this category.
- New – With Tags
The brand-new, unused, and unworn item is in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or has the original tags attached.
- New – Without Tags
The brand-new, unused, and unworn item is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached.
- New – With Defects
The item is brand new, unused, and unworn but with possible cosmetic imperfections.
USED CONDITION
- Used – Good
The item is in decent condition with some signs of wear or use. May have some flaws, such as scratches, scuffs or dents. Item is fully operational and usable.
- Used – Acceptable
The item has significant signs of wear, use or damage. May have noticeable cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, dents, stains, or discoloration. The item may require service or repair or is missing essential components.
FOR PARTS OR REPAIRS
The item is not fully functional and may be missing components or have significant defects. Sold for parts or repair purpose.
